Status cheat sheet

  • No tracking yet?: Your order may still be in processing (2–4 business days).
  • Label created: We printed the label—carrier is waiting to scan it.
  • In transit: Moving through the network. Refreshes can lag 24–48 hrs.
  • Out for delivery: It’s on the truck. Snacks optional.
  • Delivered: Check mailbox, porch, package room, and with neighbors.

Having issues?

  • No tracking after 4 biz days: Contact us with your order #.
  • Delivered but can’t find it: Verify address, check with household/neighbor, wait 24 hrs (carriers sometimes scan early). Still missing? File a claim with the carrier and tell us.
  • International: Customs can pause updates for a few days. Your local carrier may provide more detail once it lands.

Tip: Turn on carrier text/email alerts on the tracking page so you get pings without refreshing.
