Shirtcasm respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our customers and partners to do the same. We comply with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to proper notices of claimed infringement.

Reporting Infringements

If you believe that your copyrighted work or other intellectual property has been used on our website in a way that constitutes infringement, please submit a written notice to our designated agent at legal@shirtcasm.shop. Your notice must include the following information (as required under Section 512(c)(3) of the Copyright Act):

1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or intellectual property interest.
2. A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a list.
3. A description of where the material you claim is infringing is located on the Shirtcasm website (specific URL if possible).
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Our Response

Once a valid notice is received, Shirtcasm may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also notify the user who posted the material so they have the opportunity to respond with a counter-notification if applicable.

Incomplete Notices

Notices that do not meet the DMCA requirements may be deemed invalid and ignored without liability. We recommend consulting your legal advisor before submitting a notice.
