Shirtcasm Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Shirtcasm gear. If something isn’t right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

To start a return or exchange, email support@shirtcasm.shop with your order number.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Unused, unwashed, original packaging.
  • Window: 30 days from delivery.
  • Process: We can provide a prepaid label; the label cost is deducted from your refund (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
  • Exchanges: Ship your original back; we’ll send the new item once it’s received and checked.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in these cases:

  • Damaged/defective on arrival
  • Wrong item received
  • Non-delivery: package never arrives after 60 days (with carrier verification)

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or no longer wanting the item
  • Wrong size/color ordered
  • Returns initiated after 30 days
  • Orders scanned “Delivered” by the carrier (file a claim with the carrier)

Timing: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Banks may take up to 10 business days to post the credit.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment/production begins.
  • Once in production or shipped, cancellations aren’t possible.
  • Placed the wrong size/color/quantity? Email us ASAP—if it hasn’t processed, we’ll try to update it.

Disclaimers

  1. Return shipping: Customer-paid unless due to our error (defective/incorrect).
  2. Refund method: Original payment method only.
  3. Inspection: All returns are subject to quality checks; worn/washed items may be denied.
  4. Rights: These terms don’t affect your statutory rights.
